Sign Up

Create your account on the SVE sign-up page. You'll need your first name, family name, email address, and a password.

Confirm Your Account

We'll send a confirmation code to your email address. Enter it to verify your account. This lets you log in to the platform.

Join Your Organisation

After logging in, click Join an Organisation and search for your organisation. Your admin will receive a notification and can accept your request. Once approved, you can create projects and collaborate with colleagues.

These steps are for licenced users. If you're seeing a request for credit card details, you may have navigated to the Pay As You Go sign-up by mistake — please follow the steps above instead.
I can't log in

The most common reason for login issues is not having completed all three steps above. Please check you've signed up, confirmed your account via the emailed code, and had your membership request approved by your organisation's admin.

If you're unsure where you are in the process, try logging in first — if you can log in but can't see any projects, you may still need to join your organisation.

I've forgotten my password

Click the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page and follow the instructions. You'll receive a reset link by email.

I didn't receive a confirmation email

Please check your spam or junk folder first. Many councils and public sector organisations have strict email security that can block automated messages.

If you still can't find the email, double-check that you entered your email address correctly during sign-up, and allow a few minutes for delivery. If the problem persists, please contact us.

The platform says my account already exists

This means you've already completed the sign-up step. Try logging in with your existing credentials instead. Once logged in, you may still need to request membership of your organisation.

If you can't remember your password, use the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page.

I can't join my organisation

You'll need to be logged in to request membership of an organisation. If you've submitted a request, it may be pending approval from your organisation's admin — please allow a little time, or check with your admin directly.

It's asking for my credit card details

You've navigated to the Pay As You Go sign-up. If you have a licenced account through your organisation, please go back and follow the three steps above to sign up and join your organisation instead.

I can see a project but it says "read only"

Read-only access means you can view the project but not edit it. To request edit access, please speak with the project owner or your organisation's admin, who can grant you write permissions on specific projects.
